My name is John Melven and this is my online portfolio. I work in promo production, illustration and design.

After gaining an HND in graphic design in Amersham (Bucks) and then turning it into a image-making & design BA in Watford (Herts), I managed to get work on a few animation projects, which turned into design for broadcast work and eventually promo production (producing promotional trailers for on-demand TV and the web).

All the while, I've kept on producing graphics, illustrations, and paintings in my spare time, and constantly update my skills by attending courses.
